Duties:

• Attend all required training classes prescribed by Team Leader or Educational Coordinator.
• Provides all design services for clientèle (ex. Hair cuts, styles, etc.).
• Consults with client to suggest appropriate methods to care for hair.
• Promotes retail sales to the clientèle.
• Contribute to the growth and productivity of the salon.
• Set a positive example for all new Designers and other team members.
• Act in the role of mentor for new staff members when needed.
• Must maintain current clientèle while continuing to build.
• Contribute to the growth and artistic standards of the educational team.

Education/Experience:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of all prescribed education classes is required. Attendance is mandatory for all prescribed classes set by the Team Leader or Educational Instructor. A current Louisiana Cosmetology License.
