Guest Service Coordinator
Location: Lakeside Shopping Center, 3301 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA 70002

Duties:
- Provides a friendly, supportive behavior to assist guests in reserving salon and spa appointments.
- Ensures that service team member's schedules are filled to capacity with no "gaps" between services.
- Communicates with the salon locations on "squeeze in" appointments and special request appointments.
- Performs all confirmation calls and surveys.
- Attends Guest Services team meetings.
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
